Owner and Director

As a senior-marketeer and engagement specialist, Rachel has more than two decades of experience in content strategy and development, communications and using innovation techniques to build brand with high profile organisations including Kier, the Centre for Workforce Intelligence, the National Healthy Schools Programme, the Home Office and the Ministry of Defence.

Over the course of her career, Rachel has created and launched new brands, managed brand strategies to drive financial growth and developed integrated creative campaigns across both traditional and online/digital media.

Fiona Cleary

Programme Manager

Fiona has a strong track record in project leadership and extensive experience of delivering and managing complex programmes in both the public and private sector. She has a wealth of experience at a senior level across the education and health sectors and first met Rachel when they were both working on national, long-term programmes for the Department of Health. 

Fiona has her own consultancy company Clearer Approach and is currently providing long-term support to a GP network in Dorset, Castleman Healthcare.

Andrew Silverman

Government Relations & Public Policy

Andrew is a public policy and communication expert with a strong history of social policy advocacy. He is highly skilled in policy analysis, political communication, public affairs, communications planning and corporate social responsibility. He met Rachel when they were both working directly with ministers and acting as spokespersons for the Ministry of Defence, a role he went on to perform at five other government ministries, including No.10. 

Andrew has also advised global-leading companies such as Glencore and BA and worked in global markets including Washington, Beijing and Brussels. He has recently launched his own consultancy business ADS Advisory Consultancy.

Steve has been a journalist since leaving school and is able to write and edit clearly on a wide variety of subjects. He work on many of the websites and publications we produce for clients.

He regularly has articles published in The Mail on Sunday and the Racing Post.

Mark Norman

Marketing & Media

Mark has held senior roles in newspapers, magazines and broadcasting – including both BBC radio and television and national commercial radio – and marketing. 

A large part of his Mark’s career was with the BBC where he led a radio station to record audiences and 18 Radio Academy Awards before becoming Head of BBC Local Radio Development, responsible for strategy for regional radio broadcasting. 

Mark worked for a national charity as Group Head of Commercial Content where he led a team generating more than £1.5m in revenue from a standing start. He launched his own company Little Joe Media in 2012.

Web Design & Coding

Chris is our digital alchemist. His is a frontend engineer and developer with blue chip corporates that include Time Inc., Barclays, Lloyds Bank, Emirates Airlines, Sky and EE.

Whether he’s working with highly complex concepts or projects where functionality and simplicity are key, Chris has an innate and instinctive ability to interpret need and deliver results accordingly.
